PaySound

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

How to cancel

  1. In the app: Settings → Account → Cancel subscription. This stops all future debits straight away.
  2. In your UPI app: open the AutoPay / Mandates section and revoke the PaySound mandate. This also stops future debits.
  3. Need help? Email vaishbuis@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97787 36778 from your registered number and we will cancel it for you.

If you cancel during the trial, the monthly fee is never charged, and you keep access until the trial ends. If you cancel during a paid month, you keep access until the end of that month and no further charges are made. Deleting your account cancels your subscription first.

What is refundable

ChargeRefund
₹1 trial amountNot refundable, except if charged in error or twice.
Monthly fee already billedNot refundable once the month has started, except in the cases below.

How to ask for a refund

Email vaishbuis@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97787 36778 with your registered mobile number and the payment date or reference. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment source through Razorpay, usually in 5–7 working days (your bank's timelines may vary).

Renewals and failed payments

Before each monthly debit your UPI app or bank and Razorpay send you a reminder, as required for recurring payments. If a debit fails, Razorpay retries it on each of the next three days; the app keeps working during those days, and pauses if all retries fail until you renew. Your data is kept so you can resume.
