Delete your PaySound account

Option 1: in the app

1. Open PaySound → Settings → Account → Delete account.
2. Confirm with the OTP sent to your registered number.
3. Confirm the final warning. Your account is deleted.

Deleting your account does not cancel your AutoPay mandate. Cancel it first in your UPI app (AutoPay / Mandates → PaySound), or ask us to cancel it for you.

Option 2: you cannot open the app

Email vaishbuis@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97787 36778 from your registered phone number with the words "Delete my PaySound account". We will verify you with a one-time code and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, shop name, UPI ID, phone number), app settings and consent records.
• Gallah customers and entries backed up on our servers.

What we keep

• Payment, invoice and tax records that the law requires us (and Razorpay) to retain, for the required period.
• Basic records needed to prevent fraud or settle disputes, kept only as long as necessary.

Timing

Deletion is completed within 30 days. It cannot be undone. Data stored only on your phone (payment history and reports) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data; we cannot recover it.
